Made 10 bottles of apple pie to help ring in the new year. It doesn’t taste at all like everclear; you should try it!
Apple Pie
1 gallon apple juice
1 gallon apple cider
3.5 cups of sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
3/4 of a fifth of everclear
Simmer all ingredients except everclear in a large pot for 1.5 to 2 hours.  Let cool completely, then stir in the everclear.  We bottled ours in mason jars (shocker!) but you can also just transfer the liquid back into the cider and juice bottles.
Happy New Year!

This is some blondie batter dip I made on Thursday.  It’s basically blondie batter hummus, and it’s delicious.
Recipe here.  I’m looking forward to making more of her recipes, because this one was ridiculous.
